  • Kroger Adds 1,500 Stores to FrontLine Checkout Network

    FrontLine's "FrontLoader" front-end display program is in the final rollout phase to 1,500 Kroger stores, brining the total number of Kroger supermarkets in FrontLine's network to more than 2,000.

    The FrontLoader mini-displays are located in a premium eye-level position at the top of the general merchandise area as shoppers enter the checkout.

    Divisions added include Cincinnati, Delta, Central, Mid Atlantic, Dillons, Smiths , Columbus, Michigan, Fry's, City Markets, King Soopers and Southwest. Ralph's and Kroger Atlanta already have the program.

    The Kroger program will bring the total number of stores with FrontLine's front-end display program to more than 6,300 and 4,700 stores are available through FrontLine's Pharmacy Display Network.

  • Hy-Vee and HEB Stores Join FrontLine Network

    Hy-Vee and HEB, two important retional supermarket chains, have joined FrontLine's "display on demand" network. Hy-Vee is participating through the FrontLoader mini-displays placed in a dedicated rack at checkout. HEB is joining the Pharmacy Display Network.

    Hy-Vee is headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, and operates more than 200 stores in eight Midwestern states. HEB is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas and has stores in Texas and Mexico.

    The new installations will bring the total number of Pharmacy Display Network Stores to 4,700, one of the largest pharmacy marketing networks in the nation. The three top supermarket/drug retailers, Safeway, Kroger and SUPERVALU, are all part of the Pharmacy Display Network.
